Property Services Bulgaria operates from Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, serving property owners, tenants and holiday guests across the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, including Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Saint Vlas, Aheloy, Ravda, Pomorie, Bourgas, Varna and surrounding areas.

3. Services

We provide the following services, subject to availability and individual agreement:

  • Property management and rental management
  • Holiday apartment rentals (short-term and long-term)
  • Property sales assistance and guidance
  • Key holding and property inspections
  • Cleaning and laundry services
  • Maintenance, renovation and repairs
  • Airport transfers and taxi services
  • Furniture packages
  • Bill management and utility payments
  • Excursions and tickets
  • Car rental arrangements

Specific terms, pricing and conditions for individual services will be agreed separately between you and Property Services Bulgaria.

4. Rental Bookings

All rental bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, duration of stay, and specific property. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp).

Payment terms, cancellation policies and check-in/check-out procedures will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Property Management

Property management services are provided under a separate management agreement between the property owner and Property Services Bulgaria. The scope, fees and duration of the management service are defined in that agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Property descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
