Our story
From a small Sunny Beach business to one of the coast's most respected property service companies — never losing sight of personal service.
Founded in 2009 in Sunny Beach, we recognised that Black Sea property owners needed a reliable, professional partner they could trust to care for their coastal investments. International buyers were purchasing properties across Bulgaria's beautiful coastline, but struggled to find trustworthy management and rental services.
We built our company on a simple promise: treat every client's property as if it were our own, provide completely transparent service, and build relationships that last for years.
Nearly two decades later, that promise still guides everything we do.
